Is psychology at A-Level a difficult subject?
Later this year I will be choosing which A-Levels to take and I really want to take psychology as I wish to become a drama therapist.
I have heard multiple opinions on this subject, some people say it involves a lot of biology and some people say it involves the basics of biology and chemistry. I am sure I will be able to cope with the science side of it but I think I will struggle if it goes into biology and chemistry in depth. However I have been told by a couple of people that you don't need to necessarily be really good at science to do well in this subject.
I do have a genuine interest in psychology and feel that I will enjoy this subject very much however I keep hearing different opinions about it and I'm quite confused haha.
Thank you for your time :)

It contains a good bit of reading. If you enjoy reading novels etc. then the reading material should be fine
It then contains application in context, where you understand the material and are able to apply it.
Basically its a "read and regurgitate" process. Not to difficult especially if you like reading.

Psychology is one of the "soft" A levels that people take to avoid doing real subjects.
Fortunately even the authorities that have been telling us for years that A level pass rates have been rising have now recognised this.
For years the government has been telling us that results have been getting better because the teaching is so good. It has now been admitted that grade inflation (making exams easier) is responsible for this and Britain has fallen behind many countries.

Everything is difficult if you are not interested in the subject matter, are lazy and don't want to put in the effort to learn.
