Is psychology at A-Level a difficult subject?
Later this year I will be choosing which A-Levels to take and I really want to take psychology as I wish to become a drama therapist.
I have heard multiple opinions on this subject, some people say it involves a lot of biology and some people say it involves the basics of biology and chemistry. I am sure I will be able to cope with the science side of it but I think I will struggle if it goes into biology and chemistry in depth. However I have been told by a couple of people that you don't need to necessarily be really good at science to do well in this subject.
I do have a genuine interest in psychology and feel that I will enjoy this subject very much however I keep hearing different opinions about it and I'm quite confused haha.
Thank you for your time :)
3 AnswersPsychology7 years agoDoes anyone else think that the 63336 ad is dodgy?
It's an advert on tv and today I payed attention to it and I never realised how creepy it is. Now I know some people are gonna say that it's part of the illuminati but are they just making a mockery of it or are they trying to bring across an evil message? I know the second idea is highly unlikely but there's something about that ad that's just really creepy for unnecessary reasons.
What is your opinion on it?
Here is the link to the advert if you haven't seen it:
2 AnswersOther - Television9 years agoIs it just me or are you really excited for Christmas this year?
I know that Christmas is exciting anyway but I'm just so excited for it this year! Like this is the most excited I've been since the last time I believed in father Christmas. I've been excited since summer :D
3 AnswersChristmas9 years agoWhat was family life like in America in the 1960's?
I'm writing a story at the moment and its set in the mid 60's in New York. This is also an upper class family. Before I write this story though I want to research as much as I can on what America was like at the time in that era (specially family life). If you could give me some information or links to websites it'd be much appreciated.

1 AnswerOther - Society & Culture9 years agoCan anyone give me actual evidence that the illuminati still exist today?
I've done a lot of research on the illuminati and how it can possibly be real. I've seen some youtube videos about Disney but it doesn't look convincing neither does the 'devil worshipping' music videos. I also researched Rothschild and Bohemian Grove but I need some solid evidence which you can't even argue with. Maybe links or videos? And if you are gonna send youtube videos make sure it's very convincing.
I was dead against the belief that the illuminati was real until I researched a bit about 2pac and Bob Marley and Michael Jackson. It sort of made me think that maybe they are real but I'm not sure. So I just want some solid evidence.

5 AnswersMythology & Folklore9 years agoWhat year is 'Little Shop of Horrors' set in?
I got the part of a singing girl (which is Crystal, Ronette and Chiffon, but theres five of us so we're all called singing girls) and the show is in a couple of weeks and I want to know what year it's set in so I could style my hair as it was back then. And if it's possible can you send me some pictures of the hairstyles they had that year. Thank you for your time :)
1 AnswerPerforming Arts9 years agoDoes anyone know any good romance books?
I'm a bit of a book worm and at the moment I've got nothing to read. I don't want any with monsters or vampires in. I wouldn't mind a forbidden romance. I also don't mind historical fiction romance books.
I have been reading books on wattpad but I like the feeling of having a book in your hand (I know I'm strange) and some authors take forever to upload.
If you can I would also like a brief summery of the book.

5 AnswersBooks & Authors9 years agoWhat's your favourite reflection or prayer?
I have to find one I like for my art homework. I don't really know any and even if I did I wouldn't be able to remember all of it. So could you suggest me any you like? Thank you for your time :)
4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality9 years agoShould I get a Blackberry 9300?
I know that this phone is quite old. But my contract offered me one and I really need a new phone.
I mostly use a phone for texting, calling (as you do), surfing the internet, listening to music and taking pictures. I know that the camera isn't that good but do you still think it's worth it? And do you think the phones worth it all together? Or should I just save up for an iphone or another latest version of a Blackberry?
Thank you for your time :)
3 AnswersPDAs & Handhelds9 years agoIs the GCSE art coursework hard to keep up with?
I am choosing my options at the moment and am considering GCSE art. I'm not the best of drawers but I'm not the worst either... I think. I was predicted to get a C if I took GCSE art. But I really love art and for most of my free time I will spend drawing.
If I did take it then I will be dedicated to it because I know it's VERY time consuming. So as long as you keep up with it will you be fine? Or even if you do put in a lot of effort in is it still hard to keep up with?
Thank you for your time :)
3 AnswersStandards & Testing9 years agoArt or Graphics GCSE?
I am choosing my GCSE options at the moment and I have one more left to pick.
So far I have chosen:
History, Drama and Italian after school.
I would just like your opinion on both of the subjects.
Which one is more creative?
Which one is more useful?
By the way I know that art is VERY time consuming but I guess I'll just have to work hard at it. However Graphics does sound like fun too.
So what's your both opinion on the subjects?
Thank you for your time :)

6 AnswersRock and Pop9 years agoWhat just happened to me?
I was watching TV with my cousin and one of the Christmas decorations fell off one of the lights. So then I got up and picked it up off the floor and looked up at the light. And thinking about it now I was looking at it longer then I was supposed to. Suddenly everything went fuzzy and I fell back onto the side of my chair and hit my head against the door.
It was only when my cousin went up to me and touched me I finally snapped back into reality.
All through that I was in a dream like state. It was so weired. You know that feeling when you wake up from a dream but you still feel like your in a dream when you wake up and you start thinking of weired things. That's what happened to me.
I didn't even faint I just had no control in what I was doing.
Normally in the morning when I wake up and get off the bed and stand up everything goes fuzzy around me but I am able to control my balance and I can still act like normal. But this time I couldn't.
Is this anything to be worried about? I would also like to point out that there is some stress going on in the family so could this be the reason why that happened to me? Or could it be a lack of vitamin C or something?
Thank you for taking your time in reading this. All answers appreciated.

2 AnswersMovies10 years agoOld Hollywood themed bedroom?
Think Marilyn Monroe era. What I want to do is put pictures around my bedroom of famous hollywood actress' e.g. Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn ect... I'm going to put a chandelier in the middle of my room but other then that I still don't know what colour wallpaper (for one side of the room) or accessories I want in my room.
I was going to paint the walls red but my mum wants me to keep the walls white with wallpaper at one side of the room (where my bed is).
I do know that I'm gonna have a dressing table but I don't know what type should I have.
Could anyone send me pictures or tell me ideas I could do to my room?

1 AnswerDecorating & Remodeling10 years agoWould you say art is a natural born talent?
I am thinking about taking art as a gcse. The only problem is I'm not very good at art but I love learning about it and drawing ect...
I am probably one of the slowest in the class because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I always have to neaten things up and if I see one little mistake I have to fix it.
I really want to be able to draw really good pictures so I was wondering if I keep practising will I get any better or is it just a natural talent and I won't improve in art?
Thank you for your time x
14 AnswersOther - Arts & Humanities10 years agoDo you need to be a good dancer to get into a good drama school?
I absolutely love drama. My dream job is to perform at the west end and I know it's a risky business but acting and singing is what I love to do. I want to go to a really good drama school and I really want to stand out but I can't dance. I would probably be better at dancing if I could lift my arm above 90 degrees. I've got this thing called an erbs paulsy in my right arm so I can't lift it up all the way. But at the moment I am trying as hard as I can to exercise it to lift it above 90 degrees because I really want to have a career in acting if that means being a good dancer. At the moment I'm doing shows at my local theatre with a youth theatre group and they don't seem to mind about my arm. So I was wondering if that would knock my chances of getting into a good drama school.

2 AnswersPerforming Arts10 years agoQuestions about the illuminati?
I'm so confused at this moment. I have found out that apparently the illuminati is a secret government. Apparently they control everything like money, fashion, music ect...
But it just doesn't add up. First of all I herd about some song's by Jay-Z, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Rihanna ect... that if you play them backwards they send out a devil's message. I researched a bit more into this, I even herd a song by Lady Gaga played backwards and it sound's like a load of gibberish that some sad people decided to translate it into a devil's message. Some say that they were part of the illuminati but for some reason I just don't believe it.
The next thing was the whole Michael Jackson death. I herd that they asked him to be in the illuminati and he said no and then wrote the song 'They Don't Really Care About Us'. The song was supposedly talking about the illuminati. And apparently in the come back tour he was going to warn everybody about the illuminati but the illuminati killed him off because he was too much of an inspiration and too much of a risk to be kept alive and almost spoil their secret.
But as much as I love Michael Jackson I still couldn't get it into my head and from this point I didn't know what to believe.
And then what finally hit me was when my friend told me about the one dollar bill. We both look at the picture and at the back of it had the illuminati sign. At first I thought this was photo shopped so yet again I decided to research into it a little bit more and it turns out it is actually real. But then some people say it is actually a Christian sign which means independence and God.
I am seriously confused and I'm so sorry that this was a lot to read. I've tried to make it as short as possible. So can someone please explain to me what is actually going on at the moment. I've actually never been so confused in my life and I don't know what to believe.
Thank you for your time xx
