Im 15 and im trying to get good enough at hockey to join a league by the time i am 16. I am having trouble keeping my edges up while i am skating . Does anyone know what i can do off the ice so that i will be able to keep them up?

Balance exercises help but do your best not to turn too fast or too tight use cross overs
