How do I stop this page from redirecting to Google?

So, basically, last night my Tumblr Savior broke and I accidentally clicked into the NSFW tag when that happened. My mum, the next day, saw a bunch of porn and got disappointed and angry for me looking at this stuff. I explained what happened but she doesn't understand how that could have occurred, so she 'blocked' Tumblr in the sense that, whenever I try to go to the page itself, it redirects to the Google homepage.

How can I stop this from happening and then reblock it later when I get off the laptop?

Update:

EDIT: I think it's browser-based, though. My mother is very bad with technology.

Update 2:

EDIT: No, she's going into the laptop itself. I can't download CCleaner because this is a work computer.
