Will going to the gym twice a day give me more results ?
I can workout (strength training) at the gym to the point where I can lift or do anything more but then in a few hours im ready to go again, no sore muscle no anything.
So Will going to the gym twice a day give me more results ?
I currently had a low carb and high protein (120-140gm) diet and im at the gym 6 days a week.

Hell yeah go get it. Some of the most impressive physiques I've seen were does who started going to the gym doing workouts for hours on end. Your body will respond nicely and really grow just eat enough. (search macros) Make sure to stay natural it's called bodybuilding not body destroying!
Also take a week off every two months or so as to avoid cns fatigue. Signs of cns fatigue include odd sleeping patterns lack of energy and motivation lose of strength just to name a few.

No going gym twice a day is not good if you are not taking good diet. Go gym one time and eat diet properly.
