Green Efficient Cities are racist because they make Detroit look bad

It was at one time, when a one industry town loses its industry and people move out, and all you have left are those who can't afford to leave and those who can't sell you aren't going to have a prime population left.

Its foolish to blame this on liberal leadership, its the fault of big business not doing or caring about anything but its bottom line, and its happening in smaller doses throughout America.

It should be taken as a warning of what's happening in Republican circles about unrestrained capitalism.

It's an example of white flight from urban areas in the 60s. It started to tank before Democrats took over.

Its a prime example of the vast failure of the Reagan Administration in the 1980s.
