My father wouldn't give me my Xbox 360?
Ok so I bought it last year in January and I became addicted until I started playing AC3 MP. I was July 2013 when my father said that you'll be allowed to play only on weekends. Then I played only for 3 hours a day on weekends and in August he said only on Saturday and Sunday. Then in November 2013 he took it from me and gave me on 7th Jan 2014. I used to beg him to give it to me and I didn't use it too much. Playing 3 hours for 2 days on weekends are very low but still he took it from me again on 14th Jan 2014. Now its 7th Feb 2014 and still he doesn't give me. He says he'll give me in summer holidays (May-June) and then in winter holidays (15 days holidays in December ending - January)..THIS IS DAMN STRICT AND NON-SENSE...Now my PC's graphic card is also dead and I can't play any games at all! New graphics card will require atleast 100-120$ and my fathers' not gonna buy it. How do I ask him to give me Xbox back.
The fact is I'm really intelligent and TOP in my class and still he doesn't let me play.
He allows me to watch TV for hours, PC for hours but why not Xbox? Its the same as watching TV and PC!!

your father's thoughts are like old people's talk to your mom to tell your dad to let you play xbox

It sucks, but unfortunately it is what happens with parents. Sounds like he wants you to concentrate on your studies and less time on games. Best thing to say is that all your homework is finished and you're bored. If that does not work, then nothing probably will.

hey, i've got threee simple words that can solve your problem instantly. Deal With It. IF your parents think it's a distraction, chances are you have no say in what decisions they make. No Xbox doesn't mean death. now pry those balls off your sofa, pop 'em in your scrotum and do something else.

Maybe he's not a fan of you playing AC3, killing/assassinating people, a lot of parents think "Killing" games gives a bad influence to people, like they won't see the difference between reality and game.
Or easier, maybe you should ask him...

Idk I don't want to say it sounds like neglect but it sounds like neglect but if you know its not maybe he just wants you to be a kid and learn life lessons from other things than a video game. Go climb a tree and kiss a girl ya know stuff like that. Maybe he's just afraid your missing out on life. That's what it really sounds like.
