who has watched movie 43 and liked or hated it?

I saw it, unfortunately. I know that comedy is very hard and I respect people who can do it well. That is why I'm so appalled and offended when I see a film like Movie 43. I really hated it, I did not think any of the skits were that funny. Some of them had funny concepts but the jokes failed. Like the Batman and Robin one, that's an idea that works on paper but in the movie it really just wasn't funny. Or the first skit, I got the point of the balls on the chin joke, people often look for flaws that don't exist when they go on dates. The problem though is that the idea itself is funnier and more intersting than the execution. The worst skits were probably Ibabe and the one where Chloe Morertz gets her period. And none were great, they all ranged from incredibly offensive to mediocre. If you took all of Saturday Night Live's worst skits and made a movie out of them, it would be funnier than Movie 43. In fact, you can watch funnier sketches on Youtube, for free! Theres abosuktely no reason to watch this movie. And then theres the whole thing about Dennis Quaid pitching the movie and forcing Greg Kinnear to listen at gunpoint. It's as if the movie was trying to be an inside joke for the movie industry and all the shitty ideas that get pitched. But that doesn't make the movie any better or funnier, it just means the movie is knowingly subjecting us to the lowest quality of entertainment possible. And what makes Movie 43 even worse is how it got made. The producers admitted that they had to guilt and force actors into being in the movie. George Clooney told them to **** off, and I'm sure he was not the only one. It's such a great example of everything that's wrong with hollywood. There are people who have legitimat eideas for movies but instead, Movie 43 gets made. **** this movie, 0/5 stars.

I watched it and i enjoyed certain skits from the movie, the best for me was probably the superhero skit while i think the most stupid was the anna faris, i would give movie 43 a 2/5.

I enjoy a lot of the humour that this movie has, but i understand why it is considered one of the worst movies, i don't agree with what the producers did when getting actors to work on this movie (guilting them into doing it), Movie 43 has one of the best cast line ups ever (IMO) and their talent is wasted.

The one thing i understand is the producers wanting to make a film that makes the audience go aarrggh thats disgusting but instead of using some of my favorite actors, find some unknown actors and let them have their chance
