I have death anxiety and I'm depressed, please help me?

I haven't done anything extraordinary in my life. I only dream of writing a story, drawing cartoons and Making Video games, but i never do them. when ever i try to write my fiction story or read a book, i completely loose interest and just either go on the internet or watch tv. I'm in my 20s, but i feel like i'm going no where, and that every second i waste time, every time i hesitate, i'm one step closer to death. I even feel like killing myself since i lack the disciplinary will power to do what i always THOUGHT of doing.
