both console are not the same specs wise the ps4 is about %40 more powerful but really it just comes down to what console has the games you want to play and that's up to you the link below has specs comparison also the xbox one cant run games at 1080p at 60 fps while on the othe hand the ps4 can so games look a lot better on the ps4 I'm not a fanboy I'm just stating the facts
