No, because there is no contract you have with Asus that guarantees the privacy you say has been violated.
And, as you know about the flaw but continue to use the product, you can be shown to be at fault, not them.
Now, if they say on their box that they are 100% secure and hack free, you might have a case.

I'm not sure. How old are those routers? If their older models, then obviously they can get hacked and the company won't fix it and encourage you to use the newer ones but if they are actually newer models, then I would contact them and tell them about this and if that doesn't work, they might either be ignoring this or actually can't fix this and have to do like a firmware upgrade or something to do it with might be impossible.
