I find I have 3 corrupt .dll files on Windows 7 system. Can I replace them ?

Is there any way of obtaining replacement files CRYPT32,dll + WININET.dll+ urlmon.dll for Windows 7 and slotting them into the correct places?

    I suggest you consider start up repair and select fix missing or damaged system files. Considering that .dll files are critical you can't try old obsolete methods of copying and pasting files into your system folder. I will encourage you to visit official support page of Microsoft to get related help.
