I got a DUI a while back. I higher a lawyer and got everything fix with no points on my license. I just got a job offer and they have to do a background check and make sure I clear. If you look on case net it says I have a ac breath Rufus and that's it. Do you think this will affect me getting the job

I think it depends on the employer. How badly do they want to hire you? Are there other qualified candidates? Good luck.
