Any sex without protection is putting her at risk of pregnancy. No one can say for sure if she will or not. If she says its safe then there isn't much anyone else can say. She might not get pregnant tomorrow but if you continue to have unprotected sex she will surely fall pregnant at some point.

If her period is the 10th usually u won't ovulate for 14 days after period but if you don't wanna have a baby don't have sex because you always have a possibility of getting pregnant no matter what day it is..
