DOOL: Gabi being killed off, possibility?

Is Gabi possibly being killed off?

I've been wondering how they are going to send Gabi off since she is leaving the show. At first I thought she would confess about Nick and go to jail for attempted murder, but that would mean Sami and Kate would go down too. She really has no reason just to up and leave town, leaving her daughter behind and she's not just going to up and take Ari with her, cause of Will. I thought about the Melanie thing, but it's too easy. So I'm wondering if Nick goes crazy and murders her out of obsession. As sad as it is, it wouldn't be far fetched for the writers to do that. If her character is killed off, it will pretty much seal the deal with Sonny and Will being married, raising Ari together, Gabi free. The perfect family. Ari is also a Horton, which would mean, that she will pretty much have story lines for as long as the show is on, so she doesn't necessarily have to have Gabi present to have a meaningful storyline.

I don't want Gabi to be killed off, but I can't think of anything else that would make sense, unless they recast her.

I haven't heard yet how Gabi will exit the show unless she is recast. There are so many possibilities to think of. She could go to jail for the whole scheme with Melanie, or for trying to kill Nick. She could be killed off by any number of people or just a simple accident. She could just leave town to hide from Nick. Also I have thought of the chance that she could commit suicide. She has been so sad since stuff starting going down with Nick that she could be put in a position where she feels that is the best option for her and Ari. For Ari's sake I hope that she is just written off the show or recast as Ari doesn't deserve to loose her mother so soon after being born.

Today I was thinking that Gabi was going to be murdered off the show--by Kate and Sami. Gabi almost threw them under the bus and still seems to be thinking along those lines. But you are right, there aren't really any other good exits for her. She either dies or is recast. Nick has some serious obsession issues and just might loose it on her and kill her.

I agree as much as I don't like Gabi I don't want her to die. This is just a scenario but maybe "Mrs Hernandez" will get sick and Gabi will leave Salem to take care of her.

I have been thinking and I have a feeling Nick will take her down to the river and maybe push her in. I hope not but he is mean enough to do that.
