DIY (do it yourself) contact solution?

BAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLLLLZZZZZzz. My car is in the shop and I forgot to go get some contact solution while I had a ride. Are there any homemade solutions I can make? I'd like to avoid sleeping in my contacts and this is my last pair, so I can't throw them out. (Why does my life suck?)

Distilled water will work on a short term basis. You can make it by boiling water and then letting it cool.

    ~~good luck to you

I accept as true with woodtick. There are some jobs that without right coaching are particularly unsafe. Some questions I don't answer on list. On this society if anyone with out the proper advantage acquired harm after seeking to do a job but didn't realize the answer, i would surely be sued. I do have many folks contact me off record. I do invariably return their e-mails. It will not be immediately, but as a rule the equal day. When you've got a distinct plumbing query, then try that. I was once on several other forums but left for the reason that even the "specialists" that the forum endorsed had been unsuitable about ninety% of the time. They obtained to be the forum listed gurus with the aid of answering every query regardless of how silly the reply was. The forums simply went by the # of solutions given.

Boiling water does not make it distilled.

Distilled water has never touched metal and has no minerals in it like regular water does.

Putting your lenses in ANY kind of water will ruin them

You have to either sleep with them on or lose them , you have no choice.

Most of the modern brands can be safely slept in once in awhile.
