Has anyone ever been framed for a crime they did commit?
Like, somebody else altered the evidence after the fact to make it look like it was them that did it, without knowing that in actuality it really was them that did it

How are you going to commit a crime, then at the same time, not commit it? If your asking if people have taken the law into their own hands, and framed someone so that they faced punishment for what they got away with, then yes, this has happened before, but it is VERY rare.
