Do you have advice on painting over a glossy metal surface?
It is a cotton candy machine and I need to spray paint it white. It is glossy metal and pink. Do I use a primer? Do I sand?, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

In your application I can not say that it will work the same as it has in my application. That being said I have painted metal with "engine" paint from walmart. It was spray paint and a really easy process.
The other option I would recommend is sanding it with high grit paper such as emory paper, then painting it with spray paint.
