please for serious people , do men love it when a girlfriend decorate the room with candles , red flowers... and romantic stuff just to create romantic atmosphere

I wouldn't, only because it wouldn't be my idea of a romantic atmosphere. What you describe would be, for some, anyway, a very pleasant surprise, if only because it shows the extent to which a woman is willing to pull out all the stops in order to please her man. However, I'd prefer a night on the town--a great dinner at a great restaurant, take in a play or a movie, go home, have a nightcap and make love. Call it an ego booster, but I would rather direct the course of a romantic evening and look like Sir Galahad with deep pockets than to try to work up an acceptable degree of enthusiasm for an indoor decor that would seem to be a bit too, well, girly-girl for my taste. (I cannot stand roses!)

Some do, some don't. Some would think candles and flowers would be too much, some would love it. It depends entirely on the guy!
