I was in a relationship with a guy last year for 9 months , they we broke up because of him having some problem in his life. anyways we spend a period of no contact at all , after few months he contacted me again and wa started talking again , he was reminding me of some special things between us... we spend 3 months talking like everyday and seing each others from time to time , the last time we meet we had an intimate moment , we had intimate moments before but it wasn't that profound but the last time was like woow , anyways our relation now has no status and after we had that intimate moment he become a little bit distant and i feel like he sometimes ignore me and sometimes he is the perfect lover and i didn't understand what on his mind ,

it was my exBF's birthday , I went to his best friend's house and decorated the room with candles , red flowers ,red balloons and romantic music , I waited till my ex come to the house

ps : his best friend encouraged me to do that and he arranged all these stuff with me

my ex doesn't know about the surprise , so his best friend went out and I waited till my ex come I opened the door , he was chocked when he sow me he didn't expect me to be there , with a smiley face he went inside and he sow the surprise and became more and more chocked he said he is happy with that but he is speechless.

any ways , for a moment he stayed chocked then he hugged me , i felt that he wanted to kiss me and i was right , he hesitated many time then he kissed me with passion for more than 15 min and he said he misses me he also wouldn't let me go.

2 days ago I celebrated my ex boyfriend's birthday. since I know we are both still in love and since he tried to contact me many times during the last period I wanted to celebrate his birthday. so I went to his best friend house and I asked him to realize the surprise there. I didn't expect his best friend to be that happy with the idea , but he was so happy and he asked me to do anything that would make my ex BF happy so we planned everything and he promised to do not tell him anything. well, the idea was to do a very romantic welcome and I did that . believe it or not it was so cool even better than those of the movies. when my ex came to the house and I opened the door he was so choked seeing the house full of candles , red flowers and red balloons everywhere and he sow me there wearing nice clothes , then the red cake that was formed as a heart and the gift on the table.... he was so ****** and he couldn't say anything all he said that he is so happy but he is speechless as well he hugged me and kissed me and said that he misses me but he stood chocked even though i tried to calm him and tell him that this okey and it's nothing compared to what he deserve but i felt that he couldn't believe what he is seeing. any ways we were about to leave together but at the last moment he said that he wants to stay there for a while so i left without him after he hugged me... and I think he opened the gift at that time which I think would make him more choked since he will find some clothes and a craft book that contain our memories together and a video that I made for him ( me talking saying happy birthday and other stuff) any ways I expected him to call or text me after that but he didn't so i called him once and he didn't answer and i didn't try to call again , so my question is do you think he still need time to realize the things that happened and to clear up his mind and what should I do?
