it was my ex BF's birthday and I went to see him as a surprise , when we were together talking... he hugged me many times and every time he hugs me for a while then he pull me away then he starts looking at me then hug me again then pull me away again he did that for 4 times , then at the last time he hugged me then he looked into my eyes then he kissed me a very hot kiss then he looked into my eyes again then pull me away then kiss me , and he kissed me for 15 min and he wouldn't let mego , does this mean that he still carry some feelings for me?

I believe he misses you and what your relationship consisted of. The time away from you made him realize what he needed from you.
