No you are not fat at one hundred sixty five centimeters, and fifty eight kilograms, you may actually be slightly underweight. However you can NOT completely remove all carbohydrates from the diet. So no you are NOT doing the right thing. The low carbohydrate diets, along with the low fat diets, are NOT healthy, especially those that encourage cutting either, or in some cases booth. The human body actually requires a certain amount of both on a percentage basis to function properly. The usual dietary recommendation, is about thirty five, thirty five, and thirty, or a seventy thirty diet. That's about thirty five percent carbohydrates/starches, thirty five percent fats/oils, and thirty percent protein. Take time and learn more about nutrition, and add in some exercises to help tone up the stomach area. Also keep in mind that for a female, fifteen hundred calories a day, is the recommended minimum, to be healthy, and make sure that you're covering all of your nutritional needs.

If you are not fat at all, why are you trying to remove belly fat?

If you really ARE "not fat at all", then removing belly fat is NOT your problem. In this case you are POORLY TONED. Cutting carbs won't help you. Get to the gym and do some exercises focused on your midsection.

EXERCISE is the asnwer, not diet,.

You should cut back on carbs, but not suppress them entirely from your diet, as long as you need them for improved bowel movements. Preferably, go with whole grain carbs since these are rich in fiber.
