Is there a program that can mess with people on my wifi?

Question

My cousins are staying at my house for a while and keep using up all the bandwidth. They go and play games on their Ipads which is really kicking my bandwidth speed when I'm playing a game. Is there a program that can limit how much they can take in or completely  stop it while making is seem anonymous? I don't want to change the password because that would be to obvious, and typing in my IP gateway doesn't open squat.

What you can do, three ways: first: block the game sites that their playing and not yours. second: set up a timer of what times they connect and disconnect. Third: disable the Wi-Fi signal waves without turning off your router. Trust me there is a way, I did that and I told my family that the router was not working properly. The router was fine but I just connected my laptop to the lan instead of Wi-Fi. Try it, hope these steps help you.

if you cant limit download and upload speed on your router just hide the wireless SSID on your router :D so they cant see anything to connect

just disable sharing internet on the router. and get the free copy of this software http://www.connectify.me/lite-vs-pro/
and then share your internet over the wifi adapter and then download this software http://www.netlimiter.com/ 
then you can see who connected to your PC u can also see their ip adress just right click on it and limit the download and upload speed
