I know you'll probably think this answer isn't the best cause of the brand but guess what? E.L.F liquid eyeliner is only $1 and works good! Its liquid and has a fine tip but you can make it look dramatic too! Target sells it and im almost positive youll be very happy. I will say its obviously not the BEST liquid liner out there but it does the job. The nly downside to it is that it might clump or fall off/fade within 7 hours. other than that its amazing

ELF's liquid liner is AMAZING. I've used a ton of high end liquid liners (MAC, Urban Decay, Too Faced) and elf liner is so amazing, so much better than the high end liners. If there's anything I've learned through makeup that applies to the real world is that just because something is expensive, it doesn't make it better! Elf stays on all day and DOESNT CREASE. And it's only $1 at Target and on their website. Try it out :)

You will LOVE the Jordaña Fabuliner. You can get it at Walgreens for 2 dollars and it is absolutely amazing. It applies great, has insane pigment, lasts all day, and doesn't dry out. I've tried just about every drugstore eyeliner and this is the best (check out @eleventhgorgeous, they'll rave about it too)
