New manual luxury car?
I drive an '05 Acura TL, with a manual transmission, and in a year or so i'll want a new car. I want a mid-size luxury sedan that can comfortably fit my family of 5, and it has to be manual, luxury, NOT AMERICAN, and front, if not all, wheel drive. Thanks!

You can get a new Acura TL SH-AWD 6MT.
Unfortunately Audi no longer makes a manual A6. You can get a RWD BMW 5 series with a stick, but the AWD ones are all automatic. MB, Jaguar, no manuals. Any Japanese FWD or AWD luxury sedans are automatics too - but if you concede the luxury brand you can buy a Honda Accord EX sedan (not the EX-L though) with a 6 speed, and also a Subaru Legacy. Both are four cylinders though, the 6 cylinder versions of each will only be automatic.
Bottom line - the only car that meets your criteria is the TL SH-AWD 6MT. You'd better buy it soon before it goes away, or you'll have to go to a RWD luxury car or FWD non luxury brand to keep your manual in a sedan.
EDIT - Bryson makes a point about the ILX - you can get that with a manual, but it's too small for five people. The TSX is another - but again if you're used to the TL you'll find that small I suspect. And both of those are fours also (TSX can be had with a V6 but not with a manual).
TL is the way to go.
