Poll~Anyone noticed that many models commit suicide...?

Well,considering the case of models well sometimes the outer happy life the fans or public exactly see of the models is not really the way it is in their real life,most of them would've come up to being a model struggling all their life,some of them also experience loneliness,probably end up with depression due to high stress and sometimes even take drugs.I know this because my close buddy was a model and she said how she had to enter the profession due to highly poor economical status and she does this out of force and not by liking..

No, I didn't notice this with models in particular.. but a week-end ago.. me, my sis and mom were mentioning all the people we knew, directly or indirectly, who had committed suicide.. and let me tell you, those were a lot of people..

I think it's just because people get caught up.. and don't find a way out anymore.. it's so sad,, :(

No i've not noticed that lots of people commit suicide not just "models".

I never really noticed, but it could be the pressure of the industry, and the fact that by age 30, they are for the most part phased out...

Many lady models are harassed sexually; They can't bring it to the open, due to some reason or other; When their tolerance limit is crossed, they take to suicide;

It does happen with some yes ... I think it must be partly because they are never satisfied with how they look and also can't bear the thought of falling out of favour or losing their looks as they get older. Whatever the reason it is very sad :/

yes ..... they are popular being glamorous but their personal life for their desires being betryed by many and made them to feel there is no one for them as an indidual . In search of happiness and love they were mostly exploited which they could not disclose and made them to commit suicide .

Constantly under pressure from others and themselves, never satisfied with how they look, eating/mental disorders. And because life's a betch like that and can push anyone to k!ll themselves.

They are constantly judged, most especially runway models. Too fat, too thin, too tall too short, etc. Someone in that arena is often their own most harsh critic. Many subject themselves to anorexia and/or bulimia. Many may wear a designer line that doesn't quite please those who view them.

I think many famous people in general do. I guess they become bored with life or the fame gets to them.
