Is it possible to ungroup open documents in Win 7 task bar?

In WIn 7 all txt documents are grouped one ofter another, rtf also one after another but they are not placed in task bar the way i open. In win XP that option was in properties of task bar but in win 7 i can't find it. Any one can help me?

Update:

in control pannel of task bar it is set not to never combine. And the all the folders are in group and other different documents are grouped. I have to computers one win 7 32 and other win 7 64, they work the same

    1. Open Taskbar and Start Menu Properties by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Taskbar and Start Menu.

    2. Under Taskbar appearance, select Never combine.

    3. Click OK.
