There are plenty of shops selling baby stuff in every city you mentioned, except in Venice probably as it's mainly a touristic city.
Many shops are small and family owned, just do a search on google for "abbigliamento neonati" that means newborn clothing and I'm sure you will find quite a few.

The two major stores are Chicco and Pre-Natal. They both sell all things related to newborns. You just have to find one of their stores in the town you are in.
