u need to lean forward and hold on tight also always were a body protector in case off falling but u should really ask the person who is teaching u.

You (and your horse) need to take lessons. If your horse doesn't know how to jump (if no one has actually jumped on her, or if it has been a long time) then she needs to be trained. You also should take lessons so that someone can observe you and correct you.
