I am considering going to school to be an occupational therapy assistant. The ranges for salaries that I have read are quite varied. I was hoping that some of you might share from your experiences and real life knowledge. Thanks.

If you were the guy, would you say anything? Would it bother you? How serious is that? Is that just being observant in dating or is the girl doubting the guys character?

So, I know someone is gonna say to ask a trainer. I have heard that it's good if you can ride the canter without stirrups, but for how long? I definitely can ride the canter without stirrups, but I do get fatigued. Anyway, I am getting back into riding and jumped on my first day back. I just want to make sure I am not jumping above my level. Of course, it would have been nice to do some poles and "X's" first, but I think I am at the right level. I just want to take safety precautions.

So, I was wondering, most importantly, when is the minimum amount of time working a shift that you are entitled to a break of any kind in California.

I am interested in all the rest of the break requirements, but most interested in the least amount of time that you can legally insist on a break. Also, what are the different times that require different break allotments.... Which are paid or unpaid breaks?

4 hours working ....__?_ minutes break required

6 hours working ?

10 hours working?

Also, is using the bathroom required to be within the counted break time?
