North American version of Citroen?

i was just wondering what would be the North American equivalent to Citroen, in terms of how its branded and price and what not. and also what brands are its competition? it seems like they've been trying to brand it as more of a luxury car but they are priced quite low

    Citroen is not active in North America, and has no affiliates.
