Is a Canadian citizen who is living abroad & is not presently working in Canada will still pay income taxes?

I am a Canadian citizen but originally from the Philippines. I am planning to retire in the Philippines after years of working here in Canada to take care of my aging parents who are in their '80s & when my children are already successful in their respective fields. Am I still going to pay income taxes here in Canada even if I am not working here anymore?

Update:

I would like to re-phrase my question, Am I still going to file my income taxes even if I am not working here in Canada anymore?

No income means no income tax.
