Did Batista deserve to win the 2014 Royal Rumble?
I mean he came back, hit Del rio with a Batista Bomb and is automatically thrown into the main event of Wrestlemania 30 when WWE's stupid creative team makes him win the Rumble.
Does anyone else think guys like Dolph Ziggler, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan etc, should be the ones winning this match since they bust their *** all year long and Batista comes back for one week and gets to Main Event the biggest Wrestlemania of all time.

Unfortunately my friend its scripted not fake

The rumour is that Batista's contract guaranteed him the Rumble win, a main event title match and presumably the win. He apparently signed that back in October. Bit of news I just want to pass on first.
Simply put, no. Here you have a guy that left, talked crap about the industry, said he wouldn't want to go back to a PG product, failed as an MMA fighter, failed as a movie star and ate his words coming back. The WWE are potentially screw up one of the greatest moments ever, just to please this guy who's actually older than Triple H. If Batista had the best interest of the product and specifically Wrestlemania, he would take compensation and either drop from the match completely, or lose.
What makes him different to The Rock is that The Rock held the title with us knowing he was going to drop it to Cena. Sure, it made Cena's Rumble win predictable and pissed a lot of fans off, but for the sake of story, I was completely fine with it.
It's all backstage politics.

He outwrestled 30 men in the Royal Rumble, of course he deserves his spot!
You people are all hypocrites, when Jericho came back from a long hiatus and faced Punk for the WWE Championship, you didn't have a problem with that!
Punk is a hypocrite too, he has wanted other guys to come out of retirement to face him at Wrestlemania, like Austin, HBK, and Foley! The only reason Punk is mad is because it isn't him vs. Batista, it is Orton vs. Batista at this point in time, that is why Crying Man Punk quit!

See I'm on the fence with this one, were as he just comes back his first match is the RR an he Wins
Just like The (C)Rock comes back an gets a Title Shot
I didn't care that DB wasn't the RR or Punk didn't win
I would have liked to see Ziggler win an also win @ WM

Really? Batista WINS his title shot and everyone think its unfair, but when The Rock comes and is GIVEN his title shot no one complains???? He ended the longest streak in last 20 years, if that was Batista everyone will complain, but when it comes to Rock, everyone is ok with it
EDIT:
I'm not saying he did deserve to win, i'm just saying that it's unfair that people are ok with The Rock getting a shot and that they are mad when Batista did

No, but that is the way WWE scripted it. You can make arguments for a lot of other Wrestlers to have won The 2014 Royal Rumble Match, but this is what WWE wanted and what WWE got.

I think he did. It's true that there might be more deserving wrestlers but It's no surprise that Batista won. He's held many championships in the past and has the skill to back it up. BTW Jack its not always about whether its real or not, its about whether it entertains me. I see it like reality TV (because in my opinion most of reality tv is just full of it yet entertaining.)

Nope, hes done it once before, didn't need to do it again, its obvious that the fans want CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, but instead they get Batista, smooth move WWE.

Because of his commitment to movies and his MMA, he did not deserve to win the Royal Rumble. That part-time wrestler did not deserve it

not one bit
He should've started from the bottom
And work his way up
If he did that in the first place, more respect would've came by the fans
So him returning and already winning the RR proves it was just a host
