What is the professional version of windows 8?

I know that Windows 8 is different from windows 7 in that there are not different versions of it that you can buy for business, like windows 7 home and windows 7 pro.
But, to get the pro features in windows 8 do you have to upgrade later?

Windows 8 comes in two versions. Windows 8 is equivalent to Windows 7 Home Premium and Windows 8 Pro is the professional version. Home users only need Windows 8 while professionals and power users might prefer Pro.

Windows 8 Enterprise (Pro) edition supports enhanced security and connecting to a Domain.
Yes you can upgrade later...
Beware as RT versions can upgrade but sometimes the Hardware doesn't support as RT is for ARM Processors and not standard 32/64 bit processors.
