Does Crysis 2 Multiplayer still work on Steam?
I have the Origin version of the Maximum Edition, and multiplayer is not playable due to the change at mycrysis.com. You cannot sign in. Is it the same situation with a Steam version?

-Brandon Weaver: Thanks for answering. Isn't modding officially supported in Crysis 2 though? The odd thing is that I was able to play online when I had first gotten the game from the EA Humble Bundle about 6 months ago or so. I looked on the forums to see that the problem is indeed due to the change at mycrysis.com. I was just wondering if it was the same with the Steam version. Apparently so. That's very disappointing, I liked Crysis 2's multiplayer much more than Crysis 3's.

Hey, Kasaru.
It appears that everybody is having the same problem. The designers of Crysis 2 have been having trouble with hackers/modders since the release of the game. Recently, they have become absolutely relentless. I'd say they probably shut it down because of the hacking issue, but I could be wrong!
