How do I close the ipad ad at the top of my Yahoo Home page?

I am seeing the same thing here in USA and cannot get rid of it either. There is no way to close the add, which starts with a video, and furthermore it does not collapse after so many seconds like normal. Makes me HATE all Ipad products and resolve never to buy one. How totally irritating.

I DO have an X in the upper right hand corner. But.. I click it and nothing happens. In other words I CANNOT CLOSE THE STUPID AD. I too am getting tired of forced advertising and am also considering changing to another home page other than Yahoo if Yahoo persist on placing the hugh ads that I am forced to see everytime I open the Yahoo home page. Before all of change may Yahoo will provide some kind of option to NEVER see these GIANT AD'S AGAIN!

I just typed in this question on my Yahoo home page. It's going to make me change to Google. I don't like Apple products anyway. I've been trying to figure out how to close those ads, but I guess you can't.

Get rid of that ipad ad at the top of the page. No x to remove. Very overbearing and annoying.

the add takes up 1/3 of my page and keeps pushing my page down everytime I click on the topics arrow I was going to purchase a I pad but after seeing this I will find something else

What ever Apple is paying you for this BS ad forced down your customers throats, I sure as hell hope it's worth it .....and Apple....this kind of strongarm makes me Hate, HATE all Apple products

Yep time to leave yahoo home page. I will mot purchase ipad for sure.

Suck AD. Never buy Apple products.

The add is taking up over one third of my screen height. Another reason current too wide screen SUCKS.
