Is this sentence correct: "For more information and details, please contact the physician"?

There may be many better and different ways to frame this sentence.

But just curious to know if the above sentence is grammatically OK.

I suppose : "For detailed information, kindly contact the physician " does not give the same sense

it would be great if someone can give idea about the use of singular and plural forms in this case : Information and Informations / detail and details.

Kindly suggest and provide your suggestions.

Thanks in advance.
