She's always touching me and taking my hat off and stuff. She's not ugly or anything but she's not my type. She's cool and all which is why I don't want to be mean. just tell her your not looking to see anybody right now im sure she will understand it would hurt her more if you lead her on and get her to think you like her back then reject her

Talk about girls you do like in front of her. Let her know when she's doing something that bothers you, like touching you and taking off your hat. Just let her know that sometimes she makes you feel uncomfortable, and that you want her to ease up a bit.
