Age 17 michigan laws!?
So, my two friends and I are wanting to drive to Florida this summer. We will all be 17 by the time we want to go, since we are 17 and cannot get a hotel at the age of 17 we were just planning on driving non-stop and switching out when we get tired. My question is can we all ride in the car legally? I know that you can only have one passenger in the car if you are 16 but does the same laws apply for a seventeen year old, also is the curfew law of 10pm also just for 16 year olds? Help please!!!

This is exactly why States created programs such as the Graduated License on "new" drivers. You over estimate your capabilities and under estimate the risk. Not the risk of getting caught if you are doing anything illegal. But the risk of you injuring(or killing) you or other people on the road because you as a group are trying to get to Florida.
Since you are licensed in MI, the requirements/restrictions on your license are the ones that apply where ever you drive. Being 17 you may still be subject to the Graduated Drivers License requirements. If you are still at Level 2, you can not transport anyone in the car that is under 21 and you can not drive between 10PM and 5AM.
In order to get an unrestricted license you must be at least 17, been on Level 2 for at least 6 months prior, and be violation/accident free for the previous 12 months. If all of those conditions are met you can qualify for an unrestricted license.
As for the curfew laws, yes they still apply at 17. So not really sure what you plan to do when you arrive in Florida. It is not going to be a simple task to just "crash" in your car for a few nights without at least one law enforcement interaction where they will find out you are 17 and a minor.

As you drive across the various states on the way, the rules keep changing. If you are good, safe drivers, nobody will notice you. If you get pulled over, your trip may end right there.
