How do I tell my girlfriend she's not good at giving advice?
Every time I ask for her advice or opinion, i get these responses:
1) "I don't know, whatever you think is best"
2) "I don't know"
3) "Well, it's up to you"
4) "Whatever you want"
I want her to engage in a conversation and express her opinion in detail. She's a very conservative person which I understand. I have told her about this but she's just to self-critical about herself that she's afraid to sound dumb. I have a girl-friend (lady friend) who knows what to say when I ask for help but my girlfriend gets mad and jealous.
There's nothing going on between me and my lady friend. We've just been friends since high school. How do I make my girlfriend understand this situation? How can I help her see that I her opinion matters most and that she's not delivering?

It sounds like she might just be afraid of giving you 'wrong' advice rather than hiding her own opinion. If she replies this way in future, try following it up with "but I want to know what YOU think" or "what would you honestly do in my position", and never criticise her response too much as she might go back to ambiguous answers.

Next time she gives advice give her a long stare to make her awkward then tell her to shut the **** up and if you say something stupid again I'm slapping the **** out of you.
