What order do the Ender's game books go in?
Ok so I've read Ender's Game and I'm currently in the middle of Ender's Shadow. I was wondering what order I should read the others in? (Speaker for the dead, Xenocide, Children of the Mind, Shadow of the Hegemon, Shadow Puppets, Shadow of the Giant) I've heard that you can read them in any order really, except that you have to read Xenocide before Children of the mind. Is that true? Do you have a preferred order to read them in?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you xx

I don't know anything but I'm getting my mother to help me with this since she has read them all! :D here we go... Enders game and Enders Shadow cover the same story. Enders game is from Enders perspective and Enders Shadow is from Beans perspective. The shadow books follow the story of what happened afterwards on earth and are mainly about bean. Speaker for the dead, Xenocide and Children of the mind follow Enders story, after he has defeated the buggers.(These books are far more philosophical than any of the other books) The order of the Ender series is Enders game, Speaker for the dead, Xenocide and Children of the mind. In the shadow saga the order is Enders Shadow, Shadow of the hegemon, Shadow puppets and Shadow of the giant. (Shadows in flight is about beans children and I've only found it online.) Apparently there is a book called Ender in exile and that takes place between Enders game and Speaker for the dead but I haven't read it! Hope that helps! :D
