My 2001 Toyota Corolla has OEM 14" wheels, what are the drawbacks of switching to a 13" wheel?

I'm currently running a 14 inch OEM wheel/tire on my 2001 Corolla. I own a set of 13 inch wheels/tires that I'd like to put on the car. They have the same 4x100 lug pattern and both sets are high offset so they WILL fit. However, I'm wondering what drawbacks there would be to running a 1" smaller wheel/tire??

    Your Speedometer will be off. Also, Less Clearance. There is nothing wrong with changing them just make sure they are what you want!
