Would I have to include my husbands information if I do a home modification?
When I got my home 5 years ago my husband was laid off from work. So I put my mortgage just in my name. He is on the deed. But I am the only name on all the billing that I receive. And when I got my mortgage income statement last month only my name was on it. Does anyone know if I would have to include any of his information on the home modifaction, or can I just put mine?

It would be up to the lender. They may want to know your entire household's income before deciding whether or not to approve your modification and since they have the choice to approve or deny your modification, you will probably have to provide whatever they ask for if you want a change of being approved.

Check with your current lender - because you are the only one on the note - they should only be using your income - Having your husband on title does not make him liable for the note
Good Luck
