Short Film Ideas for a Film Festival?

I need a short film (5 minutes max.) idea for a film festival I am submitting it into. I don't have a big budget, as well as many different people, especially because I can only shoot the film in two days. I want a deep, meaningful storyline with the main focus being that I want to make people think about society or who we really are.

I know I want to question what are we waiting for or why are we here? Maybe a clock involved?
