Jim Harbaugh Good coach or just surrounded by good talent ?
Harbaugh's 36 wins and 3 straight conf. championship game appearances in his first 3 yrs. Is the best start in over 20 yrs. for an NFL coach. Is it a product of good coaching or all the talent he inherited when he took over the 49'ers.The cupboard was not bare the 49'ers had 13 1'st round draft choices on the roster,12 of those were starters in his first year. . 49'ers by the numbers from 09-13.

The only major difference is about 3.7 ppg on offense from 2010 till 2013. So is it Harbaugh's coaching or was he in the right place at the right time ?

Answer: contrary to what others are saying Jim is a complete nut. He's always flyin' off the proverbial handle like some silver-spoon fed baby. Think about that just for a second, then you'll understand.
Jim showed up with a TEAM in place before he donned those goofy khakis! You are correct, Jim-Boy showed up in the right place, at the right time.
Food for thought: IMAGINE his big brother John Harbaugh running that team! Seriously now!
Maturity is not Jim's strong suit.

Good coach. No matter the talent no team has had that success over the past three years besides the patriots (also a superbowl loss and two conference championship game appearances). Bill Belicheck (patriots coach) is considered the best in the game by most people and Harbaugh has had the same amount of success with two different average QBs while Belicheck has done it with one great one. So I think there's an argument there that Harbaugh is not only a good coach, but one of the best in the game today.

He is a great mentor and a good coach. He is pretty talented. But seems like 49ers are trading him away? Sounds odd right?

He is a very good coach. The Niners were not looking in sync before he arrived and they had very good personnel even then.

He's good, but he's loud and more of a jerk than his brother John. He was successful in NCAA with stanford and kinda put them back in contention.
