How many Roofing Contractors do you know that offer a lifetime warranty on material and labor? Yes, Labor?
Some fool tried convincing me of this today while trying to sell me on their company over another. He also claimed to save me BIG BUCKS and just add the cost to my property tax bill. I almost choked when I heard all this. How many contractors have you heard of that offer all of this?
Wow! Never thought about slip and fall stuff, Thank You for brining that to my attention. That guy was so full of bologna I thought he was Little Oscar for a moment!

They may try to do a slip & fall!!

We have a roofing contractor in our area that claims the same
The contractor states clients like McDonalds, Burger King and other well known companies but that just makes me more sceptical
I suspect the roof is metal but I don't know of anyone that has had it done
