Hypothetical rape question?
So in our present rabidly politically correct society, if a woman with a clinically diagnosed split personality gets legally intoxicated and uses a sex toy on herself, is it technically rape? Can she bring charges against herself? What if she speaks the word "no" at some point during the act? Who gets charged? The sex toy? What if there is video or pictures like there always seems to be lately? Doesn't this scenario meet all the present legal criteria for rape? What if she performs this act in front of others and they gossip about it afterward? Do they get charged with "cyber bullying"?

wow, crazy hypothetical question but my guess is this women should know she has split personality being she is diagnosed with it some Dr. would have told her, So I wouldn't think she would even want to press charges knowing its her other half and both personalities will suffer the consequences. But this still doesn't fully answer your question whether she can actually press charges on herself, my guess is no because the police need to have statements from all parties, such as victim, witnesses and accused person, and to get statements from both personalities would be a very slim chance, not only that I don't think a officer would even considering it, lol. As far as pictures and gossip goes, being how things are now maybe the victim could do something to bystanders observing, not sure about that one. good thinker i love hypothetical questions.
