Very good dietary supplement/vitamin?

******I DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT****

I just want to take care of myself.

I am a college student. I don't have a home. I am 6ft tall and 105 pounds. Please don't give me a speech about how I should lose 45 lbs (again) or I will delete the question.

_________________________________________________________

I earn $3,000/year about. So money is tight. I try to eat well on that tiny budget, but I cannot afford a vast array of foods.

If you could only buy one dietary supplement or vitamin, what would you choose and why?

I used to take fish oil, but that sometimes cramped up my stomach. I also have taken womens multivitamins, but people keep recommending different things like spirulina or flax.

I only have about $5 or less to spare every week, so it cannot be something too fancy.

Update:

The reason why I was wondering is because I can only afford a couple apples and maybe a carrot a week. So I feel like I definitely missing out on a lot of nutrition from the pricier foods.

Well, if you are strapped for cash - just don't get any.

However, a cheap multi is a nice little insurance policy. Just go to the discount drugstore and pick out a low priced multi. CVS daily has the most bang for the buck.

But I would just spend my money on more apples and carrots

Well, you've never told us why you're planning to take in food supplements. Anyway, if you can't afford highly expensive food supplements, I highly recommend antler velvet, like those available in kinglyvelvet.com. It'll help out with your menstrual problems and help you lead a healthy life. It will also help you lead a healthy life as well. Anyway, I wish you luck and I hope you take my suggestion into consideration.

Don't know but the vitamins today are created in a lab so your getting little nutrition from it.
