If you could only recommend one vitamin/dietary supplement...?

******I DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT****

I just want to take care of myself.

I am a college student. I don't have a home. I am 6ft tall and 105 pounds. Please don't give me a speech about how I should lose 45 lbs (again) or I will delete the question.

I earn $3,000/year about. So money is tight. I try to eat well on that tiny budget, but I cannot afford a vast array of foods.

If you could only buy one dietary supplement or vitamin, what would you choose and why?

I used to take fish oil, but that sometimes cramped up my stomach. I also have taken womens multivitamins, but people keep recommending different things like spirulina or flax.

I only have about $5 or less to spare every week, so it cannot be something too fancy.

It's good to know that you are open to supplements. But not all supplements in the market are good, even if they say they are number one or the best or in top of the line. I suggest, you research your supplement choice and look for reviews about it.

For me, Try using USANA Essentials. It's complete, effective and has high bioavailbility, plus it is organic. And guaranteed and recommended by supplement reviews, olympic athletes, experts, and scientists in Canada and US. According to my researches,

I think it's the best in the market. Try using it for a month.

    Hello,

I suggest Flex is the best supplements. So, dont use any fish oil if it is hampering to you.

I had the same problem with fish oil so I now take Krill oil. If that's too expensive, then consider Astaxanthin- most potent antioxidant known. Also, iHerb.com seems to be cheapest for supplements and ALI873 is one of those codes you can use at checkout to get $10 off. You're welcome.

Try this pill called Alive. It has a lot of decent things in it.
