Don't have valid address proof in my name to apply for a passport (India).?

I have Aadhar card (not older than a year)

Driving licence (not accepted as an address proof, I think)

An account in Yes Bank since Oct 2012 (again, useless, not valid, right?)

That's all for address proofs in my name on my current address.

There must be an alternate way to apply, some other documents, attached with annexure or something. But I can't figure out exactly why. Can anyone help?

The electricity and landline bills of my address are in my mother's name.
